This condo is available for rental, purchase, or half ownership. The condo has yeilded awesome rental history, even following the devastation of hurricane Ivan (no damage to this unit) which is not true for many condos. As the current 100% owner and owner of a Perdido Key Rental Management company, I can confidently say that this unit has an advantage over many others for those looking to purchase a beach condo who would also be open to generating rental income when not being used for personal enjoyment. The exposure that this condo has received since 2003 is likely to have been surpassed by none, and few at best. My rental management company, Perdido Key Resort Management, manages the rentals of this unit and, as the first one bedroom condo to be in which we managed at this particular resort, it was the template for a significant portion of our resort specific advertising approach.
